Furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and operations necessary for performing preventive maintenance and painting of Grass Valley Substation (two transformers, associated switchgear and bus duct). All preventive maintenance shall be in accordance with drawings and specifications and subject to the terms of the delivery order as described in Section 1 of this Statement of Work. The painting shall include, but is not limited to, surface preparation, exterior painting and final cleanup. Magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. SIC is 1542. The size standard is $17 Million. This solicitation is open to all business concerns. The entire solicitation will be released solely on the Electronic Posting System (EPS), www.eps.gov, (paper copies will not be available). Any prospective bidders interested in bidding on this solicitation MUST register in order to be placed on the bidder list.
