The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate a contract to acquire two sets of hydrophone housings to support the AN/BSY-1 HF Upgrade Large Sail Array and the NSSN High Frequency Sail Array. The delivery date for the assembled and tested hydrophone transducers is 31 October 1999. The award will be a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Inspection will occur at the vendor location with a DCMC representative. Delivery will be FOB destination. Final inspection and acceptance will occur at Crane 30 days from delivery.
