The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, has a competitive requirement for all labor, material, equipment, and shop to design, manufacture, factory test, deliver f.o.b. destination, and install three potential source rectifier excitation systems and all appurtenances for the fish attraction water pump motors at the McNary Dam powerhouse, Umatilla County, Oregon. The pump motors are rated 2260 kVA, 4160 V. The field rating is 250 V, 200 A. Power will be from an existing 480 Vac, three-phase source. The contractor shall remove and dispose of the three existing exciters. Delivery 180 calendar days after contract award. Procurement 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns.
