A Firm-Fixed-Price Requirements type contract is anticipated for a one-year period. An estimated 5 inmates will require services during the one-year period. Services for the one-year period will be performed from October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2000. The services required for the one-year period include: (1) Intake Assessments (one per inmate); (2) Individual Counseling (16 30-minute sessions per inmate); (3) Group Counseling (16 30-minute sessions per inmate); (4) Family Counseling (2 30-minute sessions per inmate). The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' "Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment/Substance Abuse Treatment" Statement of Work.
