Addabbo Federal Building, 1 Jamaica Center Plaza, Jamaica, NY 11432. The project involves the basic modernization of five (5) high rise passenger elevators, functioning as one (1) group, using new microprocess based control and static power drive system, mandated local law codes, upgrades, ADA federal standards' compliance and maintenance restorations with new operating and signal fixtures. The reuse of existing relay logic controls and power drives of five (5) low rise passenger elevators includes mandated local law codes upgrades, ADA federal standards compliance and maintenance restoration with new operating and signal fixtures. Estimated cost of the construction range is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. GSA is seeking interested and capable small and large business firms who can provide management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment and can plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance. This contract will be for approximately 18 months. All small and large business firms are invited to submit a brief capabilities statement no later than 05/07/99.
