The Wiesbaden Regional Contracting Center (WRCC) intends to solicit mission support for the General Support Center-Europe (GSC-E) which is responsible for the operation of the theater sustainment base. This mission includes but is not limited to the providing of supplies, maintenance and distribution services to the US ARMY within the EUCOM area of responsibility. Services and skills to be provided by the contractor are those in excess of in-house capabilities, and consist of a variety of labor skills in connection with CARC painting, 10/20 maintenance and repair, warehousing services, transportation and recovery of inventory services, ADPE services, oil analysis, maintenance of communication & electronic equipment, etc. Multiple contracts will be awarded by CLIN with actual work being authorized via fixed-price, and Time & Material Task Orders. Work ordered may be performed either in Government facilities, or at the Contractor's sites throughout Germany, Italy, and the Benelux, as required by the Government. Services may also be ordered for performance at contingency sites in the Balkans.
