This contract would be a continuation of Ms Morson's management of the ISC Kodiak RCRA regulatory program. The services include preparation of statements of basis for modifying RCRA permits, preparation of management plans, review of submittals, literature search, document compilation, interagency coordination and report writing. This proposed procurement would result in an IDIQ contract to be in effect for one year with an option for two additional years. Individual contract taks will not exceed $25K.
