The Bureau of The Public Debt will issue a commercial item acquisition for the staffing and operation of health improvement centers with competition restricted to small businesses. The services of a professional health and physical fitness contractor are required to conduct health and fitness programs in Government provided fitness facilities and to provide staffing for the day-to-day operations of these facilities. This service is for a targeted audience of some 8,000 government employees in the Cincinnati, OH and Cleveland, OH metropolitan areas of which 2,400 are expected to participate. There is one health improvement center located in each metropolitan area. The selected contractor will be responsible for the development and total operations of comprehensive health improvement programs for these centers. There are two ways to receive the solicitation and any other notifications related to this solicitation.
