Breidenbach Environmental Research Center, 26 W. Martin Luther King Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio. The project involves reducing the size of the existing computer room by compartmentalizing a portion of it into ten offices and a G.I.S. room. This will require new flooring and ceiling tile for approximately 50% of the area as well as new stud walls. A new ramp is required for ADA accessability into the main doors of the computer room (39% of the work). HVAC services are required for retrofitting of ductwork, installation of hot water reheat coils with pneumatic room temperature controls and retrofit of AC-6 and RF-6 for direct digital controls (30% of work). Electrical services are required for adding a new electric panel, shielded isolated transformer, electric outlets, data and telephone boxes as well as installing new light fixtures and new fire alarms (28% of work). Fire protection services are required for relocating existing sprinkler heads (3% of work). The anticipated contract completion date is November 1, 1999, with work to be performed in three phases. The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $200,000. There will be no charge for solicitation documents.
