The location of this Aids-to-Navigation (ATON). B) Fabricate and install one (1) steel three-pipe pile structure and platform assembly. Installation shall include all platform equipment including dayboards. The structure to be fabricated and installed is the new Humboldt Bay Light 14. C) Remove Samoa Channel Light 4. The structure shall be extracted, not cut off at the mudline. Dispose of the pile. Deliver platform and associated equipment to BMC Preston Logan, Officer-in-Charge, Aids-to-Navigation Team (ANT) Humboldt Bay.
