McNeley, Contracting Officer PROCUREMENT NOTICE -- The Synopsis published on 26 March 1999 -- SUBMISSION NO. 313448 is modified as follows: Plans and specification for N68711-99-B-3325 will be issued on or about 3 May 1999 over the Internet at http://www.efdswest.navfac.navy.mil/pages/esbroot as an Electronic Bid Solicitation (EBS). The response time required by FAR 5.203 would begin on the date of issuance of the EBS solicitation. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This is a Firm Fixed-Price Contract. PROVIDE GOLF COURSE PUMP STATION. The work includes furnishing all labor, supervision, materials and equipment necessary to Demo Buildings 02338, 02331, 02332, (2) sand filter stations and piping inside a valve pit. Provide a pump station, with pumps, piping and valves. Provide a new 8" main. Provide electric for pump station, fence in new pump station with a 6' high chain link fence and other incidental related work. Performance time is 240 calendar days. The tentative issue date is on or about 3 May 1999 with the opening date approximately 30 days later. The SIC code is 1623. The related small business standard is 17.0 million. The cost range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The proposed contract is 100% Set-aside for Small Business Concerns.
