This effort will be accomplished under the Phased Maintenance Program (PMP). Performance of this effort is restricted to the ship's homeport area, Ingleside, Texas. Offerors interested in obtaining a copy of the Request For Proposal (RFP) should do so in writing and forward it to Mr. Duane T.
