McNeley, Contracting Officer PROCUREMENT NOTICE -- Plans and specification for N68711-99-B-3331 will be issued on or about 10 May 1999 over the Internet at http://www.efdswest.navfac.navy.mil/pages/esbroot as an Electronic Bid Solicitation (EBS). The response time required by FAR 5.203 would begin on the date of issuance of the EBS solicitation. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This is a Firm Fixed-Price Contract. CONSTRUCT REGULATOR VAULT ADDITION BUILDING 20007 AT NAVAL AIR WEAPONS STATION, CHINA LAKE, CA -- The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision required to construct a building addition and provide conduit, regulator, and switches. Work includes, but is not limited to, concrete forms and reinforcing prior to placement, all underground electrical before backfilling, finish electrical, and a building addition with roof complete and ready for use including cleanup per plans and details. Performance time is 120 calendar days. Potential bidders should request IFB N68711-99-B-3331 through the internet after publication of the Procurement Notice in the CBD. The SIC Code is 1731. The related small business size standard is $7.0 Million. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract. The estimated cost range is between $100,00.00 and $250,000.00.
