E-MAIL: Mary Peetz, mary.peetz@luke.af.mil. The Air Force intends to solicit proposals for an indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for Military Family housing maintenance. Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform maintenance on 874 military family housing units. Scope of work includes; maintenance management, service calls, change of occupancy maintenance, recurring equipment maintenance, recurring exterior facilities maintenance, major painting and major floor refinishing. The contractor will also furnish all material parts and materials on a reimbursement basis. All work must be accomplished within set response and completion times. Contract will be awarded for a basic year plus four option years and has a magnitude between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 per year. This action is reserved for small business.
