The fluid milk and dairy products will be resold to commissary patrons. Delivery period will be approximately August 1, 1999 through July 31, 2000, with two one year option periods. The contract type will be indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity, fixed price with economic price adjustment (EPA). The 56 stores are clustered into 14 groups. Contractors must submit offers on all stores in a group. One contract will be awarded for each group.
