The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR Parts 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a written request for quotation will not be issued. _This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses (see numbered note 1). The total quantity is 4800 boxes (box/dispenser of approximately 100 gloves). Delivery shall be made within 30 days after receipt of purchase order.
