The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate an order under Basic
Ordering Agreement N00019-96-G-0023 with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation
(Sikorsky), 6900 North Main Street, Stratford, CT 06601 for the
services and materials necessary to incorporate an advanced infrared
suppression prototype into a CH-60S helicopter for testing. The
contractor will be required to provide a flight worthy advanced
suppressor, secondary source kit, susceptibility analysis, aircraft
integration, test support, and documentation. Sikorsky is the only
source with the manufacturing and engineering expertise required to
