The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) intends to issue a competitive solicitation for services to provide the necessary qualified personnel, materials, supplies, facilities and services to evaluate the NHTSA's Standardized Child Passenger Safety Training Course. The project will assess the adequacy of technician training immediately following participation in the training course as well as the adequacy with which technicians demonstrate correct use to parents and caregivers. The anticipated period of performance is eighteen (18) months. A cost reimbursement type contract is contemplated.
