A firm-fixed-price-requirements type contract with a two year base period and three one year options is anticipated. Services for the base period of October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2001 shall include services for 180 inmates as follows: intake assessment (one per inmate), individual counseling (24 -- half hour sessions per inmate), group counseling (24 -- half hour sessions per inmate), family counseling (10 -- half hour sessions per inmate). Services for each of the one year options shall include services for 90 inmates as follows: intake assessment (one per inmate), individual counseling (24 -- half hour sessions per inmate), group counseling (24 -- half hour sessions per inmate), family counseling (10 -- half hour sessions per inmate). All services shall be performed in accordance with the Transitional Services Statement of Work "Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) Substance Abuse Treatment", dated May 1999.
