A firm-fixed-price-requirements type contract with a two year base period and three one year options is anticipated. Services for the base period of October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2001 shall include services for 5 inmates as follows: intake assessment (one per inmate), individual counseling (30 -- half hour sessions per inmate), family counseling (3 -- half hour sessions per inmate). Services for each of the one year options shall include services for 3 inmates as follows: intake assessment (one per inmate), individual counseling (30 -- half hour sessions per inmate), family counseling (3 -- half hour sessions per inmate). All services shall be performed in accordance with the Transitional Services Statement of Work "Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) Substance Abuse Treatment", dated May 1999.
