Cortesini (757) 628-4125 Provide General Denstistry Services at the U.S. Coat Guard Training Center Cape May, NJ clinic. The Contractor shall provide services to include exodontia services up to and including complex extractions of fully erupted, partially or fully impacted teeth to eligible beneficiaries. The General Dentistry services shall be performed in accordance with terms and conditions and established principles, practices and ethics of the American Dental Association. The performance period shall begin on or about July 1, 1999 through June 30, 2000 with four one year option periods not to exceed five years, if exercised by the Government. Services shall be perform Monday through Friday, 4 to 7 1/2 hours a day for a total of 20 to 38 hours a week, 50 weeks per year. The applicable SIC Code is 8021 and the size standard is $5 million.
