The services will be provided at the Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in the Hancock, Michigan area. These services will be provided by a Board Certified or board eligible Physician in Internal Medicine. There will be one to two 8-hour clinics per week. There will be approximately 800 veterans who will seek services at this clinic on average 3.5 times each year. The contract will be effective for one year from date of award, with two one-year option periods that may be exercised at the Government's discretion.
