G -- TRANSITIONAL SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT SERVICES Provide outpatient assessment and counseling services for substance abuse treatment for male/female Federal offenders in the Judicial District of North Dakota and the surrounding area held under the authority of various United States Statues. A Firm-Fixed Price-Requirements type contract with a two year base period and three one year options is anticipated. Services for The base period is anticipated to start October 1, 1999, THrough September 30, 2001, and shall include 24 inmates as follows: Individual Counseling (96-half hour sessions per inmate); Group Counseling (96-half hour sessions per inmate). Services for option years one, two, and three shall include services for 24 inmates as follows: Individual Counseling (48-half hour sessions per inmate); Group Counseling (48-half hour sessions per inmate) for option years one, two, and three respectively. The first option year will be October 1, 2001 Through September 30, 2002; The second option year will be October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003; and the third option year will be October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004. All services shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work entitled Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) Substance Abuse Treatment Abuse Treatment dated May 1999. Proper licensing in the State of Minnesota is required. The estimated issue date for the Request For Proposal (RFP) is o/a May 24, 1999. The estimated closing date is June 24, 1999.
