Only written requests for solicitations will be accepted. Furnish all labor material and equipment necessary to perform the following work at Station Quillayute River. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. AT BOATHOUSE: A) Replace existing gutters and downspouts; B) Install government furnished roof hatch; C) Install standing seam metal roof with roofing felt underlayment and related sheet metal flashing. 2. AT STATION BUILDING: A) Install new doors and hardware at locations specified; B) Install hardware specified for existing doors to remain; C) Replace fixtures in toilet room for handicap accessibility; D) Paint interior of toilet room and install fiberglass reinforced panels (FRP) where specified; E) Install audio/visual fire alarm signals. 3. AT PARKING LOT: A) Install sign specified; B) Repaint stripes at the parking spaces indicated on the plan and designate one stall for disabled persons and another stall for an access aisle; C) Create two concrete ramps at locations indicated to allow wheelchair accessibility. Area contingency item, replace plywood sheathing and wood nailer on roof affected by dry rot or other damage.
