It will be designed to fit in the present open space between the chapel and nursing home care unit. The work shall include provision of all labor, materials, equipment, tools and any other items necessary to design the architectural, mechanical, and electrical portions of a building housing offices, evaluation rooms, small gym area, classrooms, handicapped bathrooms, lounge, hydrotherapy room and reception area. The construction range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Interested firms must submit an SF 254 and 255 by COB June 9, 1999 to the Contracting Officer at the Department of Veterans Affairs, 1601 Kirkwood Hwy., Wilmington, Delaware 19805.
