The General Services Admnistration, GSA' Facilities Management Division, CAF is seeking quotes from vendors to provide audio visual services for the GSA auditorium and conferernce room. The vendor(s) is required to support and have the knowledge and operational skills of video conferencing camera, satellite teleconferencing, equipment maingtenance, inventory supplies and materials, flip charts, slip projectors, powerpoint, VHS systems, overheads, microphones, tape recorders,etc. The Government will select those vendor(s) deemed as meeting all of the essential technical requirements as specified in the RFQ Statement of Work, and whose price offered is considered fair and reasonable. The Govenrment will evaluate all proposals received in order to make an overall award determination based on the offeror(s)technical and price proposals. The award(s) under the RFQ will result in a multiple award Blanket Purchasing Agreement. The reference number for this RFQ is CAFP99-SEF-0058. The RFQ is set-aside for small businesses only within a 50 mile radius of the Washington, DC metro area. The Federal Acquisition Regulation small business Standard Industrial Size Code is 8744. All vendors should send their request for copies of the RFQ via facsimile to (202) 208-4107. No telephone requests for copies will be accepted. However, once your request is accepted and you would like to pick-up your copy, please indicate it on your fax request, otherwise the RFQ will be mailed to you.
