SP -- BRIEFING FOR INDUSTRY 1999 The Professional Aerospace Contractors Association of New Mexico, with the support of the Air Force Research Laboratory, will host its Thirteenth Annual BRIEFING FOR INDUSTRY August 17 and 18 at the Albuquerque Marriott Hotel in Albuquerque, New Mexico. During this comprehensive two-day symposium, the participating government agencies will describe their program objectives, discuss emerging technologies, and identify contracting opportunities to the audience of current and prospective contractors. Presentations will cover multiple areas including: research and development; test and evaluation; technical and analytical support; operations and maintenance; systems procurement; and facilities construction. Invited speakers include: Air Force Research Laboratory; Space and Missiles System Center/Test and Evaluation; Airborne Laser System Program Office; Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center; 46th Test Group; Department of Energy; Sandia National Laboratories; White Sands Missile Range; and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. Scheduled to keynote this year's symposium is Major General Richard Paul, Commander, Air Force Research Laboratory. The program will also identify opportunities for small, small disadvantaged and minority-owned businesses, and provide information on Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) opportunities.
