The US General Service Administration Region 5 is currently conducting market research to determine the existence of potential sources for a construction contract. We are expressing an interest in small businesses, small women-owned, and small disadvantaged as well as any construction management firms that are capable of performing any services related to the construction of the building. The project consists of the construction of a 49,400 gross square foot Federal Building and US Courthouse including inside parking spaces and outside parking spaces in Youngstown, Ohio. The new building is located at 10 East Commerce Street and is 3 blocks from the Lambros US Courthouse on Market Street. The facility is planned to include a state of the art conference center for federal use. Please note that this is SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE; therefore, no solicitation is available at this time and no contract awards will be made as a result of this notice. Any information that is submitted is voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information that is submitted in response to this sources sought request.
