All work is to be completed within 90 calendar days following receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Magnitude of project is between $100,000 and $250,000. A site visit is scheduled for May 26, 1999, 10:00 a.m., meeting in front of Building 001, 10300 Baltimore Avenue, Beltsville, MD. The standard industrial classification (SIC) code is 1799 and the annual size standard is $7.0 million. This acquisition will be procured as unrestricted under the small business competitiveness demonstration program. This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB), using procedures from FAR Part 14 -- Sealed Bidding, and incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11.
