This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Sacramento National Wildlife Refuge is located 7 miles south of Willows on Hwy 99W. The Delevan National Wildlife Refuge is located 12 miles south of Willows on Hwy 99, 4 miles east on Delevan Road, 1/2 mile south on Four Mile Road. All road base is to be tailgate spread during delivery. Delivery to begin on or around June 1, 1999, and be completed by September 30, 1999.
