McCavitt, Contract Specialist, (410) 642-6023 VALIDATION SERVICES: Perform Cleaning Validation for six (6) high-speed pharmaceutical packaging lines for compliance with all Federal (FDA) guidelines and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's), located at the Department of Health and Human Services, Program Support Center, Supply Service Center, Perry Point, Maryland. Contractor will be required to develop and execute protocols to implement the Cleaning Validation phase of the existing HHS, SSC Validation Master Plan. This will include, but is not limited to; (1) review of existing cleaning procedures and development of SOP's, (2) review and charting of organizational flow of materials and processes, (3) determination of testing methods to accomplish validation (including preparation and submission of test samples) and (4) review of personnel and training requirements and development of written training procedures.
