The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) is soliciting proposals for the Procurement of a Multi-Year Elevator and Escalator Maintenance and Repair Service Contract. Services are required for 48 elevators and 241 escalators in various rail stations located throughout the Washington D.C. area. Equipment includes: electro hydraulic and electric passenger elevators; Westinghouse Mod 100 and Mod 250, PSX, Montgomery heavy duty transit, O & K Transvario and heavy duty escalators. Westinghouse Mod 100 equals 80% of the total to be serviced. Equipment manufactured -- 1976 to 1997; 70% -- 1976 to 1977.
