Acquisition is to be awarded as a one-year requirement on a Time and Materials (T&M) basis. Minimum and Maximum Quantities are 20 and 32 each including 2 each, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), respectively. Delivery is 2 each, Oct. 30, 2000, then 3 each per month, from Nov. 30, 2000 until April 30, 2001. Additional quantities ordered may be delivered up to 9 each per month beginning 120 days after receipt of reparable assets. Technical data is not currently available to support a competitive solicitation. The only known source for repair of this item is Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc (BHTI).
