The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) will be recompeting the contract for the Fiscal And Selling Agent for the Section 504 Cerfified Development Company Debenture sales. As Fiscal Agent, the contractor shall perform financial an dprogram advisory functions inlcuding, but not limited to, assistaing SBA in evaluating the 504 program, obtaining Department of Treasury approval of the rems and condiitons of the debenture sales, and moniotring the financial markets. The contractor will also advise SBA of factors that will minimize the cost of selling debentures. The contractor shall perform the function of Selling Agent for the Certified Development Company's (CDC) participating in the program. Duties include, but are not limited to recommending underwriters for SBA's approval, coordinating the sales process with the underwriters and their counsel, moitoring th eunderwriters, making presentations to SBA, CDC's, and investors and monitoring and evaluating the trustee.
