Market Research _ Commercial Market research is required to determine the commerciality of the required service. The research shall determine what the industry standards are for this requirement and determine if the standards meet the needs of the government. Will minor modifications of industry standards meet the governments needs? Or finally, can the government accept industry standards? The question of commerciality for the linen exchange, laundry and dry cleaning services include the following elements: pickup and delivery, repair all minor rips, tears, open seams and holes using thread and materials of the same quality, compatible color, colorfastness, and texture. Replace all broken or missing buttons with matching color and quality. Clean and wrap towels, sheets, and pillow cases for base lodging, clubs, gymnasium and hospital.
