When complete both the existing bldg. & the new bldg. will spatially function as one. New pile founded reinforced concrete suction tubes, discharge tubes & floodwalls will be constructed. Site work will include, construction of and/or modifications to the suction & discharge channels, the Avron Blvd. Bridge, existing utilities, dewatering systems, temporary cofferdams, levee tie-ins, extension of the existing pedestrian bridge & bike path & miscellaneous clearing & grubbing. Miscellaneous electrical & mechanical work shall also be performed. "UNRESTRICTED" It is anticipated that this solicitation will be issued by Electronic Bid Set(CD).
