The following objectives are required: Further assess and characterize regeneration failure of and document mortality rates in overcup oak at Sinking Pond and testing three hypotheses related to potential changes in wetland tree species' statuses in the Sinking Pond drainage. Proposals shall include at a minimum a proposed study methodology, activity schedule, equipment and supplies, budget, and expert involvement necessary to achieve the above objectives.
