This solicitation for timber marking and volume estimation for timber sales on the western Districts of the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest. Project areas are expected to be on the Park Falls/Medford, Great Divide, and Washburn Districts which are located in Ashland, Bayfiled, Sawyer, Price, Vilas, and Taylor Counties of Wisconsin. Technical proposals (excluding price) will be evaluated and Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA's)will be issued to parties most qualified to perform timber marking services. BOA's are expected to remain in effect up to 5 years. When specific projects are to be negotiated and awarded, Request for Quotations (RFQ's) will be issued to those having BOA's.
