Proposed work must be in support of the Chesapeake Bay Program goals and commitments and work must be conducted in or pertain to the CBP signatory jurisdictions of Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. The RFP includes aPriority Themes document which describes the work tasks, commitments, and approaches of greatest need to the Bay Program in its FY 2000 budget. Colleges, universities, non-profit organizations or local, state, interstate and federal government institutions may apply.
