The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Chesapeake Bay Program (CBP)
is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for their FY 2000 budget.
Proposed work must be in support of the Chesapeake Bay Program goals
and commitments and work must be conducted in or pertain to the CBP
signatory jurisdictions of Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and the
District of Columbia. The RFP includes aPriority Themes document which
describes the work tasks, commitments, and approaches of greatest need
to the Bay Program in its FY 2000 budget. The full RFP is available on

contacting Chesapeake Bay Program 1-800-YOUR BAY. Colleges,
universities, non-profit organizations or local, state, interstate and
federal government institutions may apply. To submit a proposal, one
electronic copy (word perfect 5.l, 6.0 6.l or 7) via email to

hardcopies to the attention of Leslie Wood at the Chesapeake Bay

proposal shall be postmarked no later than June 7, 1999. Any budget
proposals submitted after June 7, 1999 shall not be considered. Posted
