require Engineering Testing. Only approved sources who have
successfully completed the required engineering test will be considered
for award of the Flight Safety Parts. Justification for other than full
and open competition is FAR 6.302-1. Firms are encouraged to seek
source approval in order to compete for future contracts by submitting
documentation in accordance with the Competition Advocate's Shopping
List (CASL) procedures. Acquisition is restricted to the only approved
source: Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc., Fort Worth, Texas 76101-0482.
