This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation document and no other solicitation document will be issued. Solicitation number DTCG38-99-Q-100047 is assigned to this procurement for tracking purposes only. All references to "offers" are understood to be "quotations". The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11. The US Coast Guard Aircraft Repair & Supply Center intends to issue a purchase order toAllied Signal, using simplified acquisition procedures for commercial items for the purchase of (10 each), P/N 3003333-1 SPINNERs . This equipment is used in support of the HU25 Falcon aircraft. The Standard Industrial Classification is 3724 and the small business size standard is 1000 employees. All labeling shall be imprinted with the appropriate National Stock Number, Part Number, and Purchase Order number. Labeling data shall be attached to the outside of the shipping container. Inspection and acceptance to ensure items are in accordance with manufacturer specifications will be performed at destination.
