There is no technical data package/specifications/drawings available, and will not be for some time. We must go to the current manufacturer for the required trailers in order to meet the time line for delivery by 1 July 1999. Silver Eagle Manufacturing is the manufacturer who built the HMT Trailers for the Army. In order to maintain much commonality with existing military systems and existing military support mechanisms, the trailer to be developed must utilize as many of the same parts and processes during its construction that are used on the standard trailers in the inventory.
