These parts include: (1) four stainless steel facing plates (complete sets of 24 pieces each); (2) forty-eight (48) top plate, bronze bushings; (3) forty-eight (48) bottom plate, bronze bushings; (4) forty-eight (48) wicket gate, bronze bushings; and (5) seven hundred forty (740), stainless steel, special break-off screws. Installation of these items will be performed by Government personnel. Offers will be evaluated on experience, facilities, delivery, past performance, and price. The work for this project is being acquired under the commercial item authority in Part 13 of the FAR. The estimated issuance date of the solicitation is May 17, 1999. The estimated date for receipt of quotes is June 16, 1999. For this acquisition the standard industrial classification codes are 3366 and 3443 and the small business size standard is 500 employees.
