Origin with deliveries to New Cumberland Army Depot, New Cumberland, PA. All 6 assets shall be delivered to New Cumberland Army Depot 120 days after receipt of order. This part is suitable for competitive acquisition for the second or subsequent time. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Authority and Justification is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (1). The proposed contractual action is for supplies which cannot be procured through full and open competition because the authority cited states only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy the Agency requirements, FAR 6.302-1.
