Air Combat Command (ACC) Contracting Squadron released the TARS Fixed Mooring System Site Modifications Solicitation Number F44650-99-R0003 on Friday 16 April 1999. The solicitation can be found on the EPS web site at http://www.eps.gov. In accordance with subject Solicitation Part IV, Section L, Clause L-312, the following details are provided regarding the Site Visit and Pre-proposal Conference: SITE VISIT: A site visit will be held at Horseshoe Beach TARS site at 1000, 6 May 99. Offerors are responsible to make their own arrangements to arrive at the site at the designated time and date. Submit names and details of all attendees via email to MSgt Jackson (kathy.jackson@langley.af.mil) prior to 4pm EST on 3 May 1999. Individuals needing directions to the site should contact MSgt Kathy Jackson to receive written directions. If email is not available, you may fax information to MSgt Jackson, ACC CONS, (757) 764-9153. This information must be provided in advance to ensure access to the site. Please provide the following clearance information: Name, Organization/Company, Phone Number, and Social Security Number. PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE: A pre-proposal conference will be conducted for the purpose of reviewing the solicitation and answering questions regarding this solicitation. The Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at the Program Management Squadron; 11817 Canon Blvd; Newport News, Virginia on 11 May 99 at 1000 hours. Submit the names of all attendees to MSgt Kathy Jackson by e-mail (kathy.jackson@langley.af.mil) or by fax (757-764-9153) prior to 4pm EST on 7 May 1999. This information must be provided in advance in order to ensure adequate seating for conference attendees.
