The Government intends to modify and issue a delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N68335-97-G-0217 with Tech Resources, Inc., 1 Meadowbrook Drive, Millford, NH 03055-9707, for a prototype Fault Diagnostic Test Program Set (FDTPS) and corresponding Test Programs and Test Program Instructions. The FDTPS will be used for testing the Satelite Communication Radio Frequency System currently installed in the Special Projects aircraft and will be used in conjunction with the Navy's Common Support Equipment AN/USM-482A Test Set. The FDTPS consists of an Antenna Coupler Interconnecting Group, P/N 7163 and the associated software and procedural guides necessary for operation. Interested parties responding pursuant to this synopsis shall provide evidence of the ability to integrate with the existing AN/USM-482A Test Set and provide parts and services needed to support the Test Set.
