lead time for a quantity of 1,200 radios and carrying cases? What is
the rate of delivery for approximately 12,969 radios and carrying
cases? What are the cost drivers for this effort? Is there any cost
risk or other risk associated with this effort? Point out
unclear/inconsistent requirements. Identify workable and efficient
alternatives. Based upon Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC)
