The United States Government intends to issue a solicitation with the intent of awarding a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for repairs in support of the ULQ-29 system,the ALR-81 system and portions of the OE-320. The BOA will consist of numerous part numbers at the WRA & SRA repair level. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source, Condor Systems Incorporated San Jose,California in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and intends to award a Basic Ordering Agreement for the repair effort. The BOA will be for three years with two one year extensions. The Government does not own the data rights in the drawings for the systems or the test equipment and procedures that would allow competition. All repairs must integrate back into the original systems. Inspection and acceptance shall be at source by the Government, delivery schedule will be negotiated on individual orders. Delivery will be F.O.B Orgin to NAVSURFWARCENDIV,Crane Division,Crane IN and FOB Origin to NAVAIR Facility, Beaufort SC. Request for proposal N00164-99-R-0097 is to be issued on or about 19 May 1999 with the terms and conditions of the BOA.. Offers are due no later than 2:00pm (EST) on 17 June 1999.
