This project is to provide a Public Address System to provide a high quality system capable of supporting both voice and musical reproductions. See Attached Statement of Work. This equipment is in support of Warrior Week. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11.
