This market survey is to locate additional sources or alternate sources for the acquisition of spares and to overhaul and repair of Control Display Unit, P/N 100-602296-000, NSN 6625-21-920-0082 and Emergency Control Panel, P/N 100-602389-000, NSN 1680-21-918-0119 both are part of the UH60 (Q). Current source for these units is Canadian Marconi Company Aerospace, Cage 90073. Detailed technical data and Depot Maintenance Work Requirements (DMWRs) are not available for acquisition, overhaul and repair, from the Army. Only those offerors who can supply the Control Display Unit and Emergency Control Panel and meet the total overhaul and repair capability, should respond in writing, to Commander, CECOM, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-CCS-N-AA, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5043. Offerors proof of their ability to meet Government requirements shall, as a minimum includes the following: a.) equipment availability and validated bench and flight test data to show the offeror's capability to meet UH60 (Q) Helicopter operation requirements; b.) must meet three (3) years performance warranty; c.) must have depot level technical documentation and test equipment; d.) response must include test result documentation and copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with the unit that will be physically and functionally interchangeable with the unit from the previous supplier.
